…I don’t have any plans this weekend, which means I could go for a 48 hour liquid fast…🤗why not!
☕️I’ll be drinking my usual coffee with a splash of milk throughout because that’s how I like it and it keeps hunger off.
🍓And I’ll be having some homemade protein shakes (one scoop protein powder blended with three frozen strawberries) as meal replacements. I would skip anything food-like altogether but when I do that my brain shuts down, and I have a lot of studying to do so I need some sort of fuel.
Let’s see how this goes I guess. 🤞🏻
